Manufacturer, car brand and software names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned for information only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation with the publisher.
Screenshots of the software come from a demonstration environment and contain fictitious data only.
Openly licensed elements used on the home page: the 3D car model is derived from “Car Concept” by Eric Chadwick / Darmstadt Graphics Group GmbH, licensed under CC BY 4.0, itself based on a public-domain model by Unity Fan; it was modified (logos removed, paint, materials and compression). The studio lighting uses the HDR image “Studio Small 09” by Sergej Majboroda (Poly Haven, CC0). 3D rendering uses three.js (MIT licence). The vehicle shown is a generic concept: it does not represent any manufacturer or any production model.

The information on this site is provided for guidance and may change at any time. It is not a contractual offer: the features, scope, price and terms of use of Voliago are set out in the commercial proposal and the contract agreed with each customer.

Data collected
- Through the demo request form: first name, last name and business email address, and, if you provide them, phone number, dealership or group name, and a description of your needs.
- By email: whatever information you choose to send us.
No data is collected without your knowledge, and no sensitive data is requested.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request and arranging the demo: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Sending you information about Voliago related to your request: the publisher's legitimate interest in presenting its software to professionals (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time, without giving a reason.
Recipients
Your data is read by the publisher only. It is stored in the Voliago CRM, hosted in France by OVH. Only strictly necessary technical providers are involved (hosting, routing and protection of site traffic, email), within the limits of their service. Your data is never sold, rented or transferred.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc., a company established in the United States. Any transfers to providers established outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Three years from your last contact with us, then deletion. If you become a customer, the data needed for the contractual relationship is kept for the term of the contract, then archived for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions on what happens to it after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@autodms-bh.com: you will receive an answer within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France (cnil.fr).
Data processed in the software on behalf of customers
The data dealerships record in Voliago (their customers, vehicles, jobs) belongs to them. The publisher processes it solely as a processor, on the customer's instructions and under the data processing agreement attached to the contract.
Security
Traffic to the site and the application is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it and logged.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Audience measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies or personal identifiers and does not track visitors across sites.
The customer application (client.autodms-bh.com) uses only the cookies strictly necessary for sign-in and session security.
Governing law
This site and this notice are governed by French law.
